Douglas Waldie
Mr. Waldie comes from a multigenerational construction family and has an extensive background in the building industry. This experience, along with nearly 10 years of experience dedicated to the insurance restoration industry provides the bedrock for a fair and equitable settlement of your claim. “I became a public adjuster to help those people who were not being treated fairly by their insurance companies” stated Mr. Waldie in a recent interview.
Being a family man, married for over 30 years and the father of eight children, as well as an Arizona State University Graduate and a fourth generation Phoenician, gives Mr. Waldie a hometown perspective that extends to everyone that he encounters. My job is to provide the insurance company all the information they need to properly pay your property claim. Nothing makes me happier that to deliver a check to someone who otherwise without my involvement would not have achieved their desired results.
Tom Allen
Thomas Allen is proud to be an Arizona native where he now resides with his family. He left Arizona to pursue an education at Brigham Young University where he earned undergraduate degrees in Microbiology and Business Management. During two years spent in the service of his church, he learned to speak Spanish in Argentina and to appreciate the culture in South America.
His professional career includes 20 years of construction management of residential construction of both tract and custom homes, commercial development of industrial, free standing retail and public works projects. As a former Laboratory Manager and Director of Operations at Aerotech Laboratories, Tom spent many years working to educate Indoor Air Quality Professionals by teaching seminars, certification courses and publishing journal articles. He has worked in the insurance recovery industry where he enjoys negotiating fair and equitable settlements on behalf of policyholders with property damage claims. His service to the community includes 5 years as an elected official on the City Council of Surprise, Arizona, over a decade as a Boy Scout leader, and now serves as a treasurer for the Surprise Sundancers who promote academic and athletic excellence and other causes.
Will Allen
Will is from Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area to pursue a career in the construction and insurance industries, and to finish his formal education. He has 10 years of experience in construction and 4 years working on the insurance side of the construction industry. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting at Arizona State University and plans to graduate in the spring of 2015. Will’s accounting background and his attention to detail have made him a valuable asset to our Contents Division here at Hudson Douglas Public Adjusters. He takes pride in his ability to accurately inventory and price our customers damaged contents in order for them to receive a fair and accurate settlement for those items.
